  Our two daughters, 10 & almost 13, just started their braces journey today. We met Dr. Sugay a couple years ago when our oldest was encouraged to see an ortho consult by our dentist. I appreciated her conservative “wait and see” approach. ESPECIALLY since (unbeknownst to her) when I was a kid, I had braces 3 different times! Fast forward, now little sis has more of an immediate need for braces, so we returned with both girls for another consult. The experience we had at this consult was the same as a couple years ago: warm, inviting, friendly, and clean. I felt really good about our decision. Melissa, the treatment coordinator, was patient with my questions (Is there a sibling discount? Cash pay incentive?) even though I felt a little embarrassed to ask. She was so approachable and helpful, every step of the way. Amy, one of the assistants, has been all smiles and very helpful with doing the digital scans, per my girls’ requests, because they had gag anxiety with the traditional impressions. There have been 2 other assistants, and I feel terrible that I forgot their names, but I’m sure over the next year I’ll get the chance to see them again and give them a shoutout. Everyone has been so friendly, accommodating, gentle, and nice. This is an expensive investment and we will spend a lot of time in the office, and hopefully a lifetime benefiting from the return on investment when our girls smile! Thankful to have found such a reputable office with such an incredible staff. Our experience so far has been 5 stars, for sure!

  We love this place and all of the staff! They are truly so welcoming, caring and professional. We have mainly worked with Dr. Sugay and she is absolutely phenomenal! My kids look forward to the appointments and I feel confident knowing they are getting such a high level of care. Highly recommend!

  We have had such a great experience with Gronberg ortho! They do a great job of getting the kiddos in and out quickly, which is especially helpful since most times we have to pull our kiddo out of school for the appointments. It helps being able to rely on a quick visit time when it comes to planning these things out. I love how the staff engages with our daughter and loves to keep up with her and what she’s got going on. Our youngest does not need braces yet, but if and when he does, we will absolutely be coming back for another fantastic experience! All of the staff seem to be very happy as well. I’ve even asked a couple of them how it is working at that office and I must say, they have done an incredible job of creating raving fans for employees. We have had positive interactions with everyone in the office, and they all seem to genuinely enjoy being there. Well done!
