I am now almost 30, several years ago my glasses broke and the right lense fell out today i called LensCrafters and Sasha answered my call and said they would fix them. I got there and sure enough in less than five minutes she had them repaird and cleaned up! Id like to give Sasha a huge shout out for repairing my aviators and for her excellent customer service! Thanks to Sasha I can wear these beautiful glasses at my aunts funeral and remeber her when I wear them. Thanks a million Sasha!
