The lines are crazy long and although the staff tries their best to be expeditious, there are just to many prescriptions and people and the pharmacy is just to short staffed
- EMEllie MaeSep 3, 20205.0In this day in age where we can use an App, or the automated system to get status of an order, I find that even when you need to speak to a live person, they are very courteous. I imagine they get 100's of calls each day but they still provide service with a smile over the phone. Thank you HEB!
