  I had a great experience with Nhu at the dental office! They are very kind, caring, professional, and welcoming. They always make people feel comfortable and treat everyone with patience and respect. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. I'm so proud of them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly and professional experience at the dentist!

  If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. When I walked into this location, the appointment started out just fine. It felt like you were at a dentist office. Then, after being told that my insurance would cover everything. I had a good mindset. When I go to the back and get the x-rays and pictures done, the office manager comes in and starts talking to me like I'm buying a car, can you do this much down a month? Can you do that much down a month? And I just told them repeatedly, I need a teeth cleaning, I haven't had my teeth cleaned in over 10 years. Just because of time or not having insurance. And these people sat down and continued to argue with me on why a regular teeth cleaning wasn't gonna do me any good. And I needed a deep clean, and I'm not paying a 500 out-of-pocket for a deep clean, when I was told my insurance would cover it. My insurance was going to cover half, but that doesn't matter. I want a regular teeth cleaning and the office manager and dentist sat there and still argued with me over and over and over on how a teeth regular teeth cleaning wouldn't do me any good. A regular teeth cleaning is better than no cleaning, especially after going so long without one. I STRONGLY do NOT recommend any one coming to this place because it feels like I was trying to buy a car not getting my teeth examined. The only people that were nice and professional were the people up front, checking me in and the person taking pictures/xrays. The dentist acted like she didn't want to talk to anyone. I was trying to ask her questions, and she was practically ignoring me, and then the office manager was acting like a car salesman, instead of someone who said they "cared" about getting my teeth fixed. I'm going to find a second opinion. But now I'm hesitant to go anywhere else. Thanks ABC 123 Family Dentistry. You left a great impression.

  Had an incredible experience. They assisted me very last minute for an emergency. Naricka was my Dental Assistant and Dr. Won did the quick and painless procedure. Jennifer was incredibly helpful and kind. I will be back here even though it's a drive for me. They made me feel so comfortable! FANTASTIC

  The 5 star reviews are fake, they tell you to scan this QR code to write a review as soon as you step foot in that office, i hadn’t even met any of the doctors or hygienist by the time they asked me to write a 5 star review. I came in for a normal check up & cleaning. The girl who brought me to the room was very sweet everything went fine until the doctor came in, The doctor was rude to the other workers and wasn’t very welcoming at all, The doctor leaves and i tell the other worker in the room that i needed to reschedule fillings for another day, she starts asking what days work best and times the doctor then comes back and rudely tells the worker that she can’t schedule me for another day without me getting work done today, i kept telling him i needed to reschedule fillings for next time because we were busy today, He kept insisting i do it today, i kept telling him i was busy the doctor then asks “what is more important today” which is completely inappropriate & none of their business what im doing, i proceed to tell the doctor that a family member passed which is true, and we needed to go to that family members house to grab belongings and help his wife out with certain things, he continued to tell me that its only gonna take 30 minutes to finish, fast forward i get the work done because im over feeling like i have no control over my own mouth, the person who is cleaning my teeth calls me the wrong name, asks if im an age that im not, so they marked me as a whole other patient, got done with most of the cleaning before confirming who i really was. Unprofessional, Unwelcoming, Definitely finding somewhere else.
