Our team is dedicated to providing warm, empathetic care while offering professional reassurance to both clients and their families. At Homewatch CareGivers, we embrace a custom approach that considers the unique needs, preferences, and routines of every individual.
At Homewatch Caregivers, we offer comprehensive elder care services. We offer daily assistance, companionship, and home safety monitoring. We help seniors remain comfortable and independent in familiar surroundings. This includes, but is not limited to:
*Grooming & bathing
*Hygiene assistance
*Medication reminders
*Meal planning and preparation
*Transportation
We conduct annual background checks on all caregivers and we provide at least 12 hours annually of employee training. We also perform in-person quality assurance visits every 90 days.
At Homewatch Caregivers, we offer In-home care , which assists those who need help with activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. It also provides the client’s family with peace of mind, knowing their loved one has someone looking out for their best interests when family members can’t be there themselves.
We create a customized care plan for each individual based on their specific needs and limitations. By assessing every client's requirements, we develop a strategy that not only addresses everyday challenges but also improves overall safety within the home. I witnessed a Homewatch Caregivers vehicle driving extremely recklessly — weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating other drivers, and speeding well over 85 mph. This kind of behavior puts everyone on the road at risk.
If a company allows employees to drive this dangerously while representing the business, how are people supposed to trust them with the care and safety of vulnerable individuals? I have photos and strongly believe any available vehicle camera footage should be reviewed immediately.
Whoever was driving needs to be removed from driving duties, investigated, and required to complete a defensive driving/safety course before being allowed back on the road. Even if they were responding to a medical situation, driving like this could easily create another emergency.
Until someone from the company acknowledges this issue and explains what actions are being taken, I will continue warning others through reviews. No one should feel comfortable trusting a caregiving company that tolerates this level of reckless behavior from its drivers.
I was around this driver from 12:05 until 12:25 on 5/13/2026 they ended up driving so fast through Grapevine that I lost them because they were going atleast 85mph on the slow side

These are some of their workers that do such an amazing job. I can’t ask for anything else cuz they are on it, thanks to the staff Crystal and all the others their in this agency. SUPER SUPER NICE CARELOVING PEOPLE THAT REALLY CARE!!!

I really appreciate Homewatch CareGivers. From the moment I was informed of the amenities and care they provided, I felt comfortable and supported. I received a CareGiver who is experienced and professional. Because this was my first time with a care giver she communicates with me assuring that I’m fine health wise. What I mean about experienced she has quickly become aware of my routines, needs and allows me to know that she here to help. When I’ve needed help shopping she affirmatively speaks to the personnel and inquiring for further assistance if needed. Whether in my home or out and about she’s been a constant companion. She and Homewatch are consistently informing when she may be delayed. I highly recommend the Agency, as well as, the Staff and Personnel they train and hire. This has been a great and helpful year. Successful, prosperous and happy new year!! In addition I’m pleased that this company works with its staff to go to school.
