- GHGraciela HernandezFeb 24, 20265.0Currently on hold for the pharmacy without being told i was going to be put on hold. The kind thing to do would be to at least let the person know you're going to put them on hold. I was finally able to speak with someone, and it was the manager. After he kindly accepted my rude attitude, he advised me my Rx would be received by Thursday, and explained the situation and was definitely a lot nicer than I was when I started the conversation. He did well to deescalate my rage and answered my question sufficiently. This person needs to train others in customer service. Thank you, sir.

Specially when cashier is really nice and helpful with that 2 people infront of you (white people) in line but when is my turn her “nice” personality left. And for my luck my apple pay was not going thru and I ask her why? If I clearly have founds in my account she gave me a disgusting look and said idk ma’m and I end up trying my physical card & it did went thru so I told her something was wrong with the Apple Pay payment cus that card was the exact same card I try physically & she just gave me my receipt. So definitely not going back here cus I’m paying for stuff and ain’t asking for nothing free.

I’ve been there twice to pick up my sons prescription and she talks with a bad attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME! I ask a question. Attitude. I’m fed up with her. I’ve never come across someone so arrogant EVER! If you don’t want the attitude that comes along with your medication PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
