I have worn hearing aids for over 30 years now and in the last two visits I have learned more about them than ever thanks to Christopher. He is a great at listening to your concerns and needs and fixes all my issues each time. Thank you as well to Becky who always takes care of my mom and I’s routine cleanings. She is so amazingly sweet and we love seeing her every time we come in.

The staff, especially Becky, the front desk receptionist are always so friendly and accommodating. The hearing aid specialist is professional and takes time to explain about any hearing/hearing aid issues. The cleaning of aids is fast and easy. The office is always clean welcoming. Highly recommend the Georgetown Miracle Ear office.

I went and visited miracle ear for a hearing test and hearing aid adjustment. Christopher Silguero the hearing instrument specialist was very professional and made adjustments that were key to me hearing well and not distorted by my tinitis for the first time since getting my hearing aids. He not only explained the adjustments made but changed over the tips for optimal hearing and explained how to properly utilize the phone application with the differences in my case and how to use them. I was blessed to have Christopher as my specialist because it has truly made a world of difference in my hearing and being able to understand words and hear clearly as well as utilize my app to optimize and make adjustments when necessary. Thank you for helping me and greatly improving my quality of life.

Met with Christopher Silguero who walked me through the entire process. Explained everything at a level that I could easily understand. The benefits and challenges and how versatile the aids are in being able to configure them in such a variety of ways to augment the areas where my specific hearing needed the most help. Pricing was far better than I had expected and so was the audio quality. It was a double win for me. Thanks Christopher!
