  On our visit, we worked with Jeff. Jeff has many years of valuable experience and an extensive knowledge about durable medical equipment. He was very patient and compassionate with first time buyers and knowing how difficult it is to acknowledge the need for this equipment. He patiently listened to all concerns and answered all of the questions- sometimes more than once. I have passed by Martin’s Mobility numerous times and never realized it was there until I needed it. I am grateful we found this store and would highly recommend to anyone who may need durable medical equipment. I also appreciate Jeff’s approach of not being pushy or trying to upsell to customers who find themselves in a difficult and vulnerable situation.

  I am beyond grateful to Jeff at the Georgetown location. He helped me with the purchase of a scooter for my mentally and physically disabled sister. He was very detailed in making sure that I got the right scooter for her. He went into detail about the specifics of operating the unit and was very thorough and thoughtful. Only two days after the purchase my sister had an issue going down a sidewalk and Jeff actually came to the rescue to troubleshoot the issue and got her back on the road to independence. I am truly grateful for his caring heart. Thank you so much.
