- LLLeAnnPJApr 14, 20265.0On our visit, we worked with Jeff. Jeff has many years of valuable experience and an extensive knowledge about durable medical equipment. He was very patient and compassionate with first time buyers and knowing how difficult it is to acknowledge the need for this equipment. He patiently listened to all concerns and answered all of the questions- sometimes more than once. I have passed by Martin’s Mobility numerous times and never realized it was there until I needed it. I am grateful we found this store and would highly recommend to anyone who may need durable medical equipment. I also appreciate Jeff’s approach of not being pushy or trying to upsell to customers who find themselves in a difficult and vulnerable situation.
