They've always been helpful, considerate, professional & speedy considering the huge customer populations they serve at each store. Today, I called because the prescriptions ordered upon my hospital discharge for kidney stones weren't all due to be available for a few hours. The tech who took my call immediately understood my need & pain level (anyone who's had kidney stones can relate) & put a rush on the meds. I know how busy Saturdays are at HEB, especially my awesome Williams Drive location. So I truly appreciate that she responded so kindly. Only an hour wait for pain relief. I love my HEB. I really do.
