    We take care of a Grandparent and the Williams Drive pharmacy has helped me out of tough spots multiple times. I’m so thankful for their help! When our Grandmother transitioned from rehab back to our home and had a list of new medications, Home Health realized they her heart med that was started in the hospital weeks prior hadn’t made it home with us. The Pharmacy helped us keep her on her critical meds until we could sort it out with the different care teams. With the new diagnoses and two month hospital/rehab stay the changing of hands has been complicated to navigate at times. We’ve even had scripts called in incorrectly several times and the pharmacy team always helps me work through the issues. I have literally RUN to the pharmacy window at closing to fill scripts and they are always gracious and helpful, once even filling something one minute to closing time. Thank you so much for all of the care and help you’ve provided us this past year! I cannot say thank you enough. On a journey that has been hard at times, y’all have made it easier.

    I try not to be a pain, but if I ever need assistance, they are on it! Thanks Tammy. They are always professional, every single one. I love how well they work together. Sarah is a great pharmacist as well.

    Usually when I go to the Pharmacy the people working there are super friendly, but tonight when going through the drive thru Brady came off very rude and did not seem to want to help me. He was very short and seemed to just want me to leave. The only reason im giving 5 stars is because When I went inside to get some help Ian was very kind and patient he took the time to help me with what i needed and was very understanding. He got me what I needed and I left a happy customer.
