This review is for the woman working the window around 6pm on 10/1/26: 1: You have *got* to let people finish speaking before cutting them off. This is learned in grade school. Doing so would have allowed us to get the prescription we needed & us out of your hair. 2: We had been notified twice that a prescription was ready and after being very rudely dismissed, it took a 2 second phone call today to find that the Dr. put the prescription under my husbands legal first name (double first name).... and wouldn't ya know it, the prescription had indeed been ready for a few days now. This woman had ZERO interest in spending less than 20 seconds helping us figure that out, continued to cut us off and lied about checking his double first name. 3: My hope is that this was just a bad day for you but if not, you have absolutely no business working directly with customers.

I rarely have a good experience with drive through pharmacy attendants. Most are short and rude and make you feel like an inconvenience for being there. The huffing puffing and sighing is inappropriate and makes the experience uncomfortable each time. I would understand if I was holding up the line with tons of questions or if I was being difficult, but that’s never the case. After giving my name and DOB I asked if she would please check if they have glucose test strips. To which she responded with a sigh and “I can see.” She came back and said “we don’t have those, sign the paperwork and leave payment.” Just so short and unprofessional. If the prices were cheaper at Walgreens that’s where I’d go. Customer service is your job. If you don’t enjoy service then you should consider something else…

Atrocious service. The pharmacists would rather embarrass themselves in front of their supervisors instead of admitting they were wrong or lying. If they try to blame you just ask them to pull up the camera footage, it will get them to “fix” the issue real fast. Save yourself the trouble and go to the pharmacy down the road. This one is exhausting and unprofessional.

I’ve never had anything but a good experience with H-E-B Pharmacy. So glad I switched over from where I was.
