  If I could give zero stars I would. This is THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! Every singe time I go there, the meds aren't ready. Most recent case... on Friday evening, my husband called their automated refill number to refill our daughter's antibiotics. The ready-by date given was Sunday, 8/16. I came in Monday afternoon (8/17), waited in the car line for 20 minutes (another problem... the lane on the right is always so slow), and they said they had no record of a refill request. What on earth? And also, this is not the first time this exact scenario has happened to me. Then the pharmacy worker asks me if I can come in and wait while they get it ready. No thank you, I just waited 20 minutes in line. I can't think of a time when I refilled my prescription here where I had a good experience. I will NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY EVER AGAIN!!! Do yourself a favor and do the same.

  I’ve gone multiple times. Drive thru and inside and both were great experiences. I’ve seen the lines at the drive thru and how crazy they can be but that will happen if you are going during rush hour or the weekends. I’ve never waited more than 10 min.

  Third time coming here and experiencing bad customer service. This was so bad that I had to write a review. Whatever lady is working the drive through is rude. You don’t know what kind of day people are having. We’re coming to a pharmacy where people that are sick are coming to get medicine. It felt like being scolded. When you’re in the second lane it can be hard to hear. Staff uses terms like “i told you to do this” what kind of customer service is that? By the looks of the other reviews i am not the only one. The man that answered the phone when i checked to see if my prescription was ready was nice only to have to deal with some rude woman in the drive thru. Please teach on customer service

  Super rude over the phone about my prescription and unprofessional pharmacist they have working. Will be changing pharmacy ASAP

  When you try to call this pharmacy directly, you get a call center. The call center then has to act as a go between relaying messages between you and pharmacy staff. And the call center is rude and acts bothered by your inquiries.
