  I have been to this emergency room a handful of times and they are PHENOMENAL! Its very clean and Every dr and nurse staff member I have encountered have given the type of courtesy and bed side manner that seems impossible to find in this day and age. You feel like your having a human experience instead of something transactional. You can tell they care about people. I would trust them and thier care again if anyone in my family needed to go to the ER .

  I can’t say enough good things about my recent experience at the FER. From the moment I checked in until I was discharged, every single staff member treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The wait time was incredibly short. I was taken back almost immediately, thoroughly evaluated, and the team got to work right away to figure out what was going on. They made a stressful situation so much easier by keeping me informed every step of the way. I was referred to a surgeon, and even the following day when I had additional questions, Steven, one of the nurses, took the time to answer them. Dr. Johnson even personally spoke with the surgeon on my behalf to help coordinate my care. That level of dedication meant so much to me. I’ve thankfully not had many ER visits, but if I ever need emergency care again, this is absolutely where I’ll go. Thank you to everyone who cared for me. You made a difficult experience much more comforting. Your compassion and commitment to your patients truly do not go unnoticed.

  I highly recommend this clinic! I was visiting from out of town and staying at a nearby hotel when I had a severe gallbladder flare-up and was in excruciating pain. Thankfully, I found this 24-hour clinic. The nurses and doctors were absolutely amazing and attended to my needs right away. They provided pain relief, performed the necessary scans, and made both me and my family feel very welcome and comfortable. The doctor took his time explaining everything and answering our questions, and I never felt rushed. I’m extremely grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing urgent medical attention.

  I had to take my son for a deep cut on his hand. Before we went in I had multiple people recommending we go here and I’m so glad we did. The front desk was extremely helpful and even though it was for a minor cut we felt like priority. The doctor and nurse were genuinely caring and got us in and out without skipping any care. We will go here every single time (but hopefully not again haha)
