  Dr. Ryan and the entire staff are truly stellar. It feels rare these days to find a place that not only provides excellent care but genuinely cares about the patient's experience. Coming to the ER is never fun, but this team made a stressful situation much easier. Check-in was quick, the staff were friendly and reassuring, and we were seen promptly. The facility was clean and comfortable. Dr. Ryan took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel rushed. We left feeling well cared for and confident in the treatment plan. I highly recommend this ER to any family needing urgent care from an attentive, compassionate team. Thank you.

  "I've always driven by this place assuming it was overpriced. Boy, was I wrong. As far as urgent care goes, the price was fair, and what really surprised me was how much the doctors and nurses cared. They didn't treat us like we were on an assembly line, and they addressed every one of our concerns when we brought in our sick daughter at 6 AM. Honestly, I wish we could find a pediatrician this thorough and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

  Fantastic facility! We have used this ER several times and have always had incredible service. Doctors and staff are professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. We have never encountered a wait time, and they have everything needed on site for accurate diagnosis and treatment. They even give you contact info for the doctor upon discharge, so you can contact them if you have questions or concerns afterward. Stellar example of the way all doctors’ offices and ERs should function.

  Family ER at Georgetown was just what we needed during an emergency. They escalated the treatment as needed and kept us informed every step of the way. We used self pay and the cost for the treatment was reasonable. The doctor, nurses and staff very very helpful. Dr. Brent was patient and explained the causes and treatment plan very thoroughly. They treated my dad who is an elderly adult with pre existing conditions and paid attention to details. Overall I am grateful for their service, support and care offered to us.

  I visited yesterday suffering from bronchial issues. I was concerned I was developing pneumonia, so instead of waiting on a doctor's office, I went here. I have no complaints on the course of treatment. The prescriptions given to me have helped tremendously. What I did not care for was the attitude of the doctor on call. I have been uninsured for 22 years. This has forced me to take the utmost care of my body. I have never smoked, rarely drink, I follow a strict diet and take regular supplements. I also work 4-6 hours, 5 days a week, with delivery services, which means I am getting in those steps (5-10k a day) and doing heavy lifting. As a result of this self-care (and good genes and good luck) I am weight appropriate, pain free and only have one prescription for an asthma inhaler (unfortunately I had run out of it). I describe my symptoms, which are consistent with a bronchial infection or developing pneumonia. My asthmatic condition was clearly aggravated. The doctor asked how often I visit a doctor. I said, as needed. I am healthy for my age (62). He said....YOU DON'T KNOW YOU ARE HEALTHY UNLESS YOU ARE SEEING A DOCTOR. On one hand, I appreciate the need for a more thorough examination, given I don't currently get regular check-ups. One the other hand ...WOW, HOW INSULTING!! You just told me I don't know my own body, the one I live in and take so much time to take care of, and made that assumption without asking me even ONE QUESTION about lifestyle, habits, etc. So...I was given Tier 3 support. A much more expensive level than my symptoms called for. I didn't need the EKG. Sorry. All those tests.....and I am given a diagnosis if a common cold and inflamed asthma. THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE WRONG WITH ME. The doctor brushed through the EKG and said I needed follow-up but never told me WHY I needed follow-up, nor was I shown what he said he saw on the EKG, nor was I given copies of the EKG. All for the low low price of $1,000 (reduced to $800), all because I was not listened to or taken seriously by the doctor. YES SENIORS CAN ACTUALLY BE HEALTHY! And just have minor illnesses like the one I was seeking treatment for! I appreciate the stellar reviews. I am sure if you have insurance, this is a great place for you. You won't feel the sting of the over-prescribing of tests. But if you are uninsured, using this facility WILL HURT your pocketbook big-time. My next order of business after this review is to find a female nurse practitioner in Georgetown with ties to a doctor's office with X-rays and labs. Best of all worlds and MUCH cheaper.
