I was given a price for my prescriptions that presumably were based on my insurance, yet they were cash prices and I loathe arguing. The woman that comes to the counter does not have a gift for customer service, nor does she have a language fluency (she was shouting at me in Arabic). When a person is unwell, dealing with surly pharmacists is just not jolly.
