  I’ve been wearing glasses for probably 14–15 years, and I can genuinely say I have NEVER had an experience like the one I had with Dominique. What stood out to me most was that nothing felt forced or like a sales pitch. I didn’t ask Dominique to help me pick out glasses, and she never pressured me into looking at anything. Helping me just seemed to come naturally to her. It honestly felt like serving people is simply part of who she is. She started guiding me through different options, and somehow, she knew exactly where to look. She considered the shape of my face and head, how the frames looked on me, how comfortable they felt, how they would hold up over time, AND she stayed within my budget. There was so much intentionality behind every recommendation. For years, my wife has helped me choose my glasses because she has a great eye for what looks good on me. Whenever she hasn’t been there, I usually end up picking something because I’m overwhelmed and just want to make a decision. This was completely different. Dominique made the entire process easy, comfortable, and actually enjoyable—and she helped me find what I genuinely believe are the perfect glasses for me. That kind of service is rare. You can tell the difference between someone who is simply doing their job and someone who genuinely cares about the person standing in front of them. Dominique genuinely cared. I’m now actually excited to get that call saying my glasses are ready! Dominique, if you happen to read this: THANK YOU. Thank you for your patience, your attention to detail, and for making what is normally a stressful decision for me such a great experience.   Thank you Arial for helping me find the perfect glasses and to the staff for getting the lenses made in less than a hour. My vision is perfect now and my eyes feel so much better. I was worried because I need my glasses for work as a CDL driver and Arial really came through clutch for me since I needed them fast to pass a DOT physical. Thank you again I’ll be back for sure!!!
