The answer is YES, if you have a primary commercial insurance or Medicare with secondary commercial insurance. We are in network with Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross, Optum and Humana. We accept out-of-network benefits with the other commercial insurances. Medicare only or Medicaid does not pay for this service.
