It’s an emotional time and the last thing I wanted to do was pick a company. Between looking online for local companies and the recommendation of the hospital, we came across North Star Hospice, and they were ABSOLUTELY the right choice. The fact that they were local to Galveston was so reassuring. Tiva was so quick, accommodating and warm - we had the details rounded out within an hour of our initial phone call and it made it so easy. Suzanne and Ariel were amazing and never hesitated to answer our questions (even at odd hours!) The care and attention given by the entire team at North Star Hospice made it possible to give our loved one the best care in his final days, and we will be forever grateful to them.
