They have a great variety of equipment, but what I appreciate most is that this is a Christian themed gym. They play Christian workout music. I love that the owners are strong in their faith and aren’t afraid to share it with others. It’s a wonderful, positive environment, and I’m so glad I found this gym!

Evelin and Brian treat every member like family. Evelin brings so much knowledge and encouragement to the gym floor, always helping out without hesitation and sharing useful tips. She is very dedicated to the community. Highly recommend!!
