  Crystina truly went above and beyond to help me today. I came in thinking my glasses couldn’t be repaired, and she helped tighten the screws I needed and I really appreciate that. She also laid out my plans for my contacts and was so sweet and welcoming throughout the whole process, she was very knowledgeable too! I felt at ease from the moment I walked in here and I highly recommend this location due to the expertise of Crystina!

  Scheduled an appointment for my husband at 12:20. I called to let them know he will be 10 minutes late and if that was ok. They said it was. He got there and they were closed until 2:00 for lunch! This wasn't stated on the phone and isn't online either in their hours on Google. He went somewhere else that luckily had an opening across the street, otherwise it would've been a waste of a 45 minute drive. Must be nice to have a 1.5 hour lunch!

  There are multiple issues with this Target opticalVery Disappointing Experience with Target Optical I had two very disappointing experiences at this Target Optical location. 1. Contact lens exam: I took my daughter for a contact-lens-only exam, which is covered by our EyeMed insurance. However, the store required us to do both a regular eye exam and a contact lens prescription exam, resulting in an additional $40 charge. At other optical locations, they allow you to choose the exam you actually need based on your insurance coverage. 2. Incorrect bifocal lenses: My wife had her bifocal prescription checked and ordered lenses through this location. After receiving the glasses, the reading portion of the lenses did not work properly. We went back to the store, and they confirmed that the lenses were made according to the prescription they had on file. However, they said we would have to pay again for a new prescription/exam because the prescription is more than three months old. The frustrating part is that we are left with non-working reading lenses and no reasonable solution without paying additional money. Whether the problem is with the prescription or the lenses, I expected the optical department to help resolve the issue rather than simply asking the customer to pay again. Overall, my experience has made me feel that the focus is more on generating additional charges than taking responsibility and helping the customer resolve the problem. I strongly recommend avoiding this particular Target Optical location. I am now contacting EyeMed to file a complaint and see if they can help resolve both issues without additional charges.

  We had a wonderful experience with L.J. at Target. L.J. was extremely helpful and professional when assisting with my son’s glasses warranty and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and kindness L.J. showed. Thank you for going above and beyond!
