StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Frisco offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

I’m always blown away by her deep knowledge of anatomy, stretching techniques, and how the body truly works. She takes the time to really listen, tailors everything perfectly to my needs, and makes the whole experience both highly effective and genuinely enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about getting great results for every client. She’s really helped improve my lower back pain from long hours of driving and training. Highly recommend.

I was pretty nervous walking in because I’d never done assisted stretching before, but Jean-Marie made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable right away. He’s super personable and walked me through every stretch step-by-step, explaining exactly which muscles we were targeting and why. I appreciated that he didn’t just move me through stretches — he actually educated me along the way. What really surprised me is how much relief I felt immediately afterward. I’ve spent years (and a lot of money) on acupuncture and expensive massages trying to deal with chronic back pain, and it turns out a really good stretch session was exactly what my body needed. If you’ve been curious about assisted stretching but feel a little unsure like I did, Jean-Marie is the perfect person to start with. Great experience overall.
