- TETariska EllisJul 24, 20261.0This is the worst doctor’s clinic I’ve ever been to. I would not recommend anyone come here. They do not send prescription refills in a timely manner, and you always have to call and remind them. When you try to reach the office, you’re placed on hold for an hour, and if you leave a message, no one returns your call. The lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable. This experience has been extremely frustrating.

The staff was courteous, efficient, and professional throughout the process. Doctor Venkat was attentive, thorough, and took the time to address all of my concerns clearly. Overall, the visit was smooth and well-managed. Highly recommended.
