- CGChristian GradyJul 16, 20265.0I was greeted as soon as I stepped in and they confirmed my insurance coverage immediately. I was told to browse and what kind of glasses I should be looking for but was advised that they could taylor the glasses to what I wanted and needed. I found so many pair and they answered all my questions.The billing was broken down and fully explained. I had a great experience for someone who never wore or needed glasses and just left a very bad experience with an out of network provider not more than 15 min earlier.

- ASArun SekarMar 10, 20231.0Unfortunately a terrible experience for me this time, have been getting my glasses done with then the last couple years. None of the people I worked with before are around anymore and it reflects. Friday last week - went in to get measurements taken, and place the order. Was told to come back when Justin is around so he can help me guide better. At this point was directed to get progressive lenses (which I don’t need per my doctor) Monday - called the store 4 different times and Justin is not available. Finally made it to the store around 6pm and got the measurements taken and this time Justin told me I don’t need progressive lenses, but an entirely different type of lens based on my prescription. At the end of the transaction he said he’d call into VSP and finalize lens/pricing etc and give me a call sometime Tuesday. Never happened. Wednesday, Thursday - tried calling repeatedly for final prices and ETA on when my glasses will be ready. Kept getting told someone will return my call and finally someone told me Justin is not even in these days. So went back in a few minutes ago and got my old frame back. Not going back here again. Hopefully this review helps someone.
