  They made the whole process super easy. It was 1st MRI and I was beyond anxious and Chris was amazing, kind, patient, and encouraging. I wouldn’t have finished the whole exam without his help. 10/10 recommend.

  The office staff was very helpful with scheduling and there were readily available appointments. It was easy to fill out the patient forms online and my appointment was timely and efficient. Very clean facility.

  This is by far the worse company ever to get your insurance claim corrected. They will use an outsourced company overseas to take the call but have no clue on what they’re really dealing with. You will never be able to get a hold of the one billing specialist that they have nor will she return your calls within 24-48 hours. We’ve worked on this for months. When you go to the clinic to try to speak with a manager or the billing specialist, they will tell you that there’s no direct contact. Be careful to check your payment even if they indicate online that it’s in network.

  Incredibly uncomfortable experience. They made me take off my bra with a male tech for a lower back x ray. The tech wouldn't close the door so I could take it off until I specifically asked for the door to be closed. Then when we were finished, he made me walk across the office with no bra to a changing room and all the girls in the front office started laughing at me. Incredibly rude staff; maybe have more than one x ray tech on shift, including a female? As a SA survivor, this was very triggering and incredibly humiliating and embarrassing for me. Shockingly unprofessional.
