  My experience at NorthStar was amazing. The scheduler Lauren was so helpful and attentive--pleasant experience from start to finish. Young lady who checked me in upon arrival was equally friendly and both of the technicians I saw were also kind and knowledgeable. Even had an opportunity to speak with site manager Zach who was equally helpful and professional. Very efficient practice I would highly recommend.

  Do not use this company. My experience was frustrating from start to finish. **Rated 1 star because 0 was not a choice available** The imaging quality was so poor my doctor couldn't use it — I had to worry about repeating the procedure just to get usable results. On top of that, I was overcharged $400 above my co-pay, which I paid in full at the time of service. Getting that money back has been its own ordeal: I've called multiple times without ever reaching a live person, and I've sent several emails requesting a refund with zero response. If you're considering this provider, save yourself the trouble — go elsewhere.

  They made the whole process super easy. It was 1st MRI and I was beyond anxious and Chris was amazing, kind, patient, and encouraging. I wouldn’t have finished the whole exam without his help. 10/10 recommend.
