  No one ever answers the phone or even cares to return your call after leaving a voicemail. Front desk person is cold and uninviting, does not even look up to acknowledge you when you walk up to her And talk to her. Seems like she would rather be elsewhere. Other staff is friendly and helpful.

  Horrible experience. Nasty attitude from all the staff, especially the front office girl. Bitter women. Then, I went to the Flower Mound and Allen location, and what a difference!! Beautiful energy! Happy girls, very professional! Will never go back to the Frisco location... Ugh. Enough said.

  The imaging service was fine, actually very good. The billing is miserable. First, they overcharged by a large amount. Are not responsive when called, every time was told I'd be called back and NEVER was called back. They say they're waiting on insurance to get back but nothing was sent to my insurance. The insurance and I tried to call, no one answered.

  I recently went to this location twice yet it was part of my in network. However, they charged out of network since it was another business address that they were using but didn’t disclose. I called their billing department numerous times but could never speak to anyone directly. When I could get through, they outsourced their billing customer service in another country yet it was something that they couldn’t fix. It has been a horrible experience and is still not fixed yet.
