  Outstanding experience from start to finish! I took my dad to Miracle-Ear of Frisco for a consultation, and from the very first phone call to schedule his appointment, Abigail was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She speaks excellent Spanish, which made my dad feel comfortable and Tanner took the time to thoroughly evaluate my dad's hearing, answer all of our questions, and make sure we understood every step of the process. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism made us feel confident that my dad was in great hands. Most importantly, thank you for giving my dad the gift of hearing again. Having him hear our conversations and be part of our lives again means more than words can express. We are truly grateful!

  This place was absolutely fantastic. From the booker who took my phone call with a extremely positive attitude, to Abigail and Tanner who helped me when I walked in. The entire process couldn't have been better. Location was conveniently located and beyond clean, prices were fair, but more importantly - the folks who work here genuinely want to help you out. 10/10.
