  This place was absolutely fantastic. From the booker who took my phone call with a extremely positive attitude, to Abigail and Tanner who helped me when I walked in. The entire process couldn't have been better. Location was conveniently located and beyond clean, prices were fair, but more importantly - the folks who work here genuinely want to help you out. 10/10.

  The entire Miracle Ear experience has been almost unbelievable! Fantastic products, unparalleled service and knowledge of my hearing weakness and how to successfully address. The cost was never an issue as I just wanted to regain the hearing loss I had lost due various interrelated factors, including military service in Vietnam over 57 years ago. I tried one other well known Brand of hearing loss devices that was not as effective……..but it only treated symptoms of hearing loss ….. and not the cause. I encourage you or someone you know to check out Miracle Ear for the Root Cause and CURE…..of improving your hearing capability. You and your wife will both be happier! Jim M….Frisco, Texas

  I've been going to Miracle Ear Frisco for about a year now. I've hesitated in this review due to the staff change. Not really a change, because Felicity was on vacation for my first two visits. The first visit went great, I was treated very well and had all my questions at the time answered. Second visit, not so well. I was told to show up on a Saturday but Felicity's fill in was at another location. With not much hope of success I went back and saw Felicity Preston on my third visit, and almost every visit since then. It took a minute for me to change my mind on this place, thus the amount of time for the review, but Felicity and Nicey won me over. they both are over the top friendly, and willing to take the time to answer any and all questions I may have at the time. Very patient with this old man (65), who I'm sure has many more questions than the average person, but they never rush me. I can't say it Loud enough (Get it, a hearing aid shop) if you're having any hearing issues give these ladies a call. I'm fairly certain you won't be disappointed. 5 Stars Felicity, for you and your assistant Niecy.

  Felicity was great, and the service overall was a really good experience. I came in for in ear molds and she explained everything clearly and made it super easy.
