- TSTom SuFeb 1, 20261.0I visited to this lens crafters to have my glasses done, I picked up a frame and that frame was at a price tag way more than what their website displayed. Anyways, I purchased the glass and gave prescription with very basic need and no fancy upgrades. Front guy/ probably location’s manager (Nicholas S) was very upset as refused to accept their upselling. He took my prescription and asked to collect glass (for near vision) in 7-10 days. I got my glasses after multiple followups but to my surprise, it was done for Distance vision. I understand that mistake happens, but people accept their mistake and correct them. This guy, was so adamant that he said, I didn’t have near vision prescription that’s not true. And, I need to talk to my eye doc and have additional information. That is basically not needed as I have that info on my prescription.Btw, who asked to make it for distance vision? Means, whatever comes to his mind, He will do it!!! Really!!! If at first place, my prescription didn’t have info.. why they accepted my glasses request? That too for near vision? To me’ its pure intentional as I refused to accept his upsell. Such a shame. He didn’t even offer apology and throughout conversation, He was super arrogant.
