  I absolutely love the staff at LensCrafters. My family and I have been purchasing frames from them for 3 years now. Our favorite staff member is Rony, he’s extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the best frames for your face. He will always be our go to guy! Thank you for always taking the time to service us whenever we come thru the doors.🤗

  Daisey was super helpful with trying to find our insurance and made the whole process smooth! The manager was great too!!! Definitely going to come back for more glasses!

  Update: 4/22/26 I want to update my previous review because the manager, Ronnie, completely turned my experience around. He personally called me, asked for a screenshot of the online price I saw, and invited me to come in so he could make it right. When I arrived, Ronnie and another gentleman helped me right away. Ronnie apologized, explained the situation clearly, and honored the online price without any hesitation. I was able to get the exact frames I wanted on the spot, and the customer service was phenomenal. Thank you, LensCrafters, for correcting the issue — and a special thank‑you to Ronnie for going above and beyond. This is how you take care of customers. 4/20/26 I had a very disappointing experience at this LensCrafters location. I was trying to purchase frames only, and online the exact same frames were showing a total of $137. When I called the store to arrange pickup, I was suddenly told the price would be $220+. When I asked why the price was so much higher in-store, the employee told me their price was $196 plus tax, and that “online is cheaper.” That explanation makes no sense — it’s the same company, same product, same brand. There was no added service, no lenses, nothing that would justify an $80+ difference. It felt misleading and honestly frustrating. If LensCrafters is going to charge drastically different prices in-store versus online, customers should be told upfront instead of finding out at checkout. I ended up not purchasing because the inconsistency and lack of transparency were huge red flags. I wouldn’t recommend LensCrafters at all.

  My husband and I always have a great experience dealing with Rony. He’s always pleasant and offers a great customer experience. He strives to make us happy gives great suggestions and thus we return and buy more, which I’m sure you love to hear. Good people make for happy customers and he’s very deserving of recognition.
