  I have been buying my lens/glasses from the Lenscrafter Stonebriar mall store for the past 6-7 years now. What i love abt them - 1) extremely great customer experience. Ronny the store manager is very courteous and treats every client with humility and respect and has eyes for details on their prescriptions. His experience is amazing in the glasses/lens space and ensures that measurements are checked and aligned to the best industry standards. It seems like he remembers everyone by name though he probably meets them once a year 2) His store has an amazing catalogue of frames. so many choices and so many brands. 3) The store location in stonebriar mall is so convenient and easy to get at. 4) All Ronny's associates are very pleasing and friendly. I always got the best glasses with the right prescriptions. Overall great experience for me, and am not surprised that they are probably the best store in North Texas.

  Unprofessional office staff. After specifically confirming by Vision Insurance is in-network they called later and told me its not covered and had me cancel. Think they messed up scheduling and used Insurance as an excuse. Had to scramble at the last minute to find another provider. Just double checked with my insurer and they are in-network.

  I eventually received a call from Stonebriar LensCrafters to come in that the corrected lenses were ready. Ok now! it sure did'nt have to take me to do a complain to get it right. But they did eventually. All good now. Assistant Manager took it upon himself to fix the issue and they apologized. Thank you! Pls, don't go to this store for your eyewear service. They are so pathetic, and this is why - September 7, 2026 I ordered a prescription photochromic lens and paid on same day. My lens order came back without photochromic lenses. I noticed after I left the store that the lenses were not as dark as my previous lenses. I called and expressed disappointment to the Assistance Store Manager - he told me he would fix the error and will call me back. After several visits back to store to check for status of the lenses - am always told they still don't have it back. It's almost a month today and I still don't have my lenses back and still no call from Stonebriar LensCrafters Store - The Customer service at this store is the worst. Please make your choice wisely! Avoid this particular store - Don't go there!

  Saved the day!! I’m in contacts 95% of the time and really only in eyeglasses at night. Recently needed to have to apply eye drops for 10 days and no contacts during that time. Well, I was cleaning my glasses and the 15 year old pair snaps, and I’ve got no backup and can’t wear contacts. Hot glued those bad boys back together and started looking to see where I could get the quickest pair before that glue failed. Called Lens Crafters, told them my lens prescription and they had them in stock! Ran up there, found a nice pair of Oakley frames, and they were able to cut them and fit them in under an hour. Life savers! They and made it happen. Go see them!

He walked me through all the frame options, explained the differences in lens coatings and prescriptions in clear, easy-to-understand terms, and offered honest advice about which frames would best suit my face and lifestyle. I picked Tiffanny brand frames, with out his advise I couldnt make a decision due the closeness brand. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered thoroughly. The ordering process was smooth: my prescription was verified on the spot, and Rony coordinated with the in-store lab to ensure my lenses would be custom-made to fit perfectly. When my glasses were ready, everything was perfectly aligned, the fit was comfortable, and the lenses provided crystal-clear vision. Rony even gave tips on caring for my new glasses and checked in to confirm I was fully satisfied. The experience was truly stress-free, professional, and personalized exactly what you hope for in a top-tier eyewear service. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this LensCrafters location to anyone seeking expert advice and flawless service from Rony.
