If you don’t have my prescription in stock and it’s backordered, please consider calling to let me know it’s not available. It’s kind of dangerous to not have life saving medications available when your customers arrive to pick them up.

They are so understanding and helpful when it comes to medication shortage. Every other pharmacy in the area was rude and unhelpful, but HEB gave me multiple options to help me get my medication and I appreciate them so much. They are my new go-to pharmacy!
