  We had such a wonderful experience at this office! Dr. Suelflow was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable while helping my daughter through her eye exam and her transition to contact lenses. The staff went above and beyond, taking as much time as she needed to practice putting in and removing her contacts. They even worked with her in a private room so she never felt rushed, embarrassed, or frustrated, which made all the difference in building her confidence. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making the experience a positive one. We are so grateful we found this office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

  I hate leaving negative reviews because everyone I interacted with was friendly, but the communication was really disappointing. I had my eye exam on May 28 and paid for my glasses that day. On June 25, after hearing nothing for nearly a month, I called to check on the status. I was told my glasses had actually been ready since June 4 and that a text message had been sent. I never received any text. What was most frustrating was learning that there didn’t seem to be any plan to follow up when my glasses weren’t picked up. If a patient hasn’t come in weeks after their glasses are ready, a quick phone call seems like basic customer service—especially after they’ve already paid. The staff has always been pleasant, but the lack of communication made this a frustrating experience. I hope they improve their follow-up process so other patients don’t have to wonder where their glasses are for weeks.

  Lindsey Suelflow and her entire team is excellent!! They have always gone above and beyond in regards to caring for my eyes. Multiple times they have ordered extra types of contacts to ensure I get the correct fit and vision. I highly recommend Lindsey and her team!!
