Our instructor, Caroline, was wonderful, patient, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout the class. The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and very nice. Unfortunately, my experience started on a disappointing note. The woman who greeted us at the front desk was quite rude and unwelcoming. As first-time visitors, we were hoping for a friendly introduction, but instead I felt so uncomfortable that I almost walked out before the class even started. Thankfully, Caroline’s professionalism and positive attitude completely turned the experience around. If it weren’t for the poor first impression at the front desk, this would have been a much more enjoyable visit
