Club Pilates East Frisco has truly become one of my favorite parts of the day! 💕
From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness. The entire team creates an atmosphere that is welcoming, encouraging & genuinely fun. Every instructor brings their own unique personality & teaching style, so no two classes ever feel quite the same.
I have to give a special shoutout to Laura B. (Sundays) and Kimberly K. (Tuesday evenings) Both have mastered the perfect balance of pushing yourself physically and fun. Throughout class, they both remind you to smile and breathe LOL 😆
Laura has a way of making you work muscles you didn’t even know you had! 😂 Trust me, the day after one of her classes, there is absolutely NO question which body part you focused on the day before! I also can't say enough good things about Kimberly K. Her classes are so engaging and effective that I’ve actually started taking back-to-back classes on Tuesday nights because I enjoy her teaching style that much!
Pilates has gone from something I wanted to incorporate into my routine to something I genuinely look forward to every single day. It’s become my little gift to myself & I do everything I can not to miss it!
I really enjoy going to Pilates and have loved the classes, but unfortunately, the studio’s policies are extremely strict and no room for flexibility or understanding.
They do not make adjustments when unexpected situations come up. For example, if you get sick, you essentially have to attend your class or lose the credit. When I asked to move a class because I was sick, I was asked to provide a doctor’s note. The reality is that nobody knows they’re going to be sick 12 hours in advance, and it’s not always possible to see a doctor on such short notice.
As a working mom, life can be unpredictable, and I found myself feeling like I had to rush to class no matter what because I didn’t want to lose the credit. That made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the cancellation policy was the final issue for me. When I decided to cancel my membership, I was told I needed to provide 30 days’ notice. My notice date fell on a weekend, and because I wasn’t able to submit it that weekend, I was charged for another full month.
I understand the need for policies, but I think there should be some reasonable flexibility and consideration for situations like illness or a cancellation date falling on a weekend. I love Pilates, but the policies made me feel like the customer experience was secondary to enforcing the rules. For that reason, I ultimately decided to cancel my membership.
I love Club Pilates and have generally had a great experience, but I wanted to share some feedback about the experience of working moms in the event this helps anyone considering joining.
I had one of the busiest Mondays at work and was really looking forward to decompressing at Pilates. After rushing through work and getting family taken care of, I rushed to class as quickly as I could and arrived at 6:36, literally one minute past the five-minute grace period.
The instructor, Rustam, wouldn’t let me into the class, which is certainly his prerogative, and I understand that policies exist for a reason. That said, I do think both the policies and the individual instructors matter when it comes to creating a welcoming experience.
As a working mom, sometimes getting to class requires juggling a dozen things just to carve out one hour for myself. I completely understand the need for policies, but I also think there should be some room for judgment and grace when someone is just one minute outside the grace period.
I really enjoy Club Pilates and will continue to go, but I hope the studio considers how its policies are applied and how much the instructor’s approach can impact a member’s experience. A little flexibility and kindness can go a long way, especially for working parents who are already doing their best to make time for themselves.
I started Pilates back in October, and now that it’s April, I can honestly say it has changed my life. I used to suffer from piriformis muscle pain and sciatic nerve issues. I was constantly visiting the ER and relying on medications just to get through the day. Since starting Pilates, I’ve seen a huge improvement.
What I love most is that they really consider your specific condition. Every session is adjusted to your needs, and they work with your body’s stimulation and response. It’s a perfect mix of building strength and stretching — exactly what I needed.
The studio is always spotless, and the vibes are so positive and calming. Every instructor is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also super fun and supportive, which makes the experience even better.
Pilates didn’t just help me recover — it’s also helping me prevent future health problems. I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with pain, injuries, or even just wanting to feel stronger and healthier overall.

I love this studio! From the minute you walk in, sweet Candace lights up the room and welcomes you in with an encouraging word. My instructors have helped me to get so much stronger and flexible! I especially enjoy my classes with Sophia, Dana and Kara. They all bring a different piece to the workout puzzle for me. There’s always a challenge and I never get bored. Thank you Club Pilates East Frisco! You’ve literally improved my life.
