Literally the worst experience you can have! My wife got injured and had to cancel her membership (which is covered in the club's policy!) However, we were billed for a few months after that date even when we had a written communication from them confirming our cancelation. Once you share your card information with them, you should know they will find a way to charge you for things you can not think of! UPDATE: I called them this morning. The front desk picked up the phone and after hearing why I am calling and hearing it is regarding the Google review, they said "she's not here" and hung up on me. I was shocked about how rude and impolite one person can be. They did not pick up the phone when I called them after that and sent all my calls directly to voicemail. Unbelievable people! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE/PEOPLE!

I’m so sad to write this. My time at the studio was great when I was going however now I am being billed obscene amounts of money after I cancelled. The cancelation policy is insane, and even still the company does not follow it. I asked to cancel in May on the 20th. I was told my last billing would be 6/15 and that I would have access to classes until 7/15. I am still fighting trying to get my money back for charges that are not supposed to be there. I am so upset that I gave any of my time or money to this company. The way I’ve been treated after I injured my ankle and couldn’t come in any more, and then asked to cancel that same day. Since then I have moved as well, both of these things should’ve been taken into account but still I’m getting emails saying I have late fees and that I owe almost $500. I used to love this place, but this is not how you treat your customers, I’m appalled.

The studio seems to cater to beginners and the elderly. The staff is friendly. The vast array of equipment is over the top (for my taste). I prefer the simplicity of a reformer over a bunch of fancy equipment. They have so many pieces - things attached to the wall and hanging from the ceiling. It was a little intimidating to walk into. Oddly enough, they had us doing exercises on the floor, which I can do at home. I think anyone trying Pilates for the first time or recovering from a medical procedure would enjoy the pace and the instruction of this studio. The instructor didn’t use any yoga vocabulary nor seem to have a scripted program. That was frustrating to me, but might be helpful for the inexperienced. You can always take the free intro class and see for yourself. (Once you register, they call you numerous times to confirm and re-confirm.)

Club Pilates has helped me gain strength and improved my flexibility and just makes me feel good. Flexible time slots, knowledgeable teachers who strive to see each one of us reach our goals, and the help of Christopher, Leah, and Natalie keep me going back for more. You won't be disappointed!
