- SCSonia CristalesJun 2, 20263.0I recently visited Club Pilates with my daughter to try Pilates for the very first time. Our instructor, Caroline, was wonderful, patient, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout the class. The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and very nice. Unfortunately, my experience started on a disappointing note. The woman who greeted us at the front desk was quite rude and unwelcoming. As first-time visitors, we were hoping for a friendly introduction, but instead I felt so uncomfortable that I almost walked out before the class even started. Thankfully, Caroline’s professionalism and positive attitude completely turned the experience around. If it weren’t for the poor first impression at the front desk, this would have been a much more enjoyable visit

The instructors make it lively and fun. And the camaraderie and relationships between everyone makes it a place you want to keep coming back to.

The instructors are so encouraging and offer guidance when you need it to accomplish the right form. Glad I found this program and the nice people that work there in Frisco. Bobbi

I absolutely LOVE the variety with the teachers and that each class/instructor is different, each in their own uniquely good way!! While I came for the pilates.....I stayed b/c of all of these people!!
