- MCMike CosnerNov 24, 20255.05 months in and they haven't killed me yet! It's been over 10 years since I followed anything approaching a formal workout routine so I walked in like a middle-aged baby. Imagine a Benjamin Button Brad Pitt but without the looks, fame, money, or domestic issues. Well, thanks to the consistency of my routine and the patience of the BFT staff, I am feeling better and healthier overall than I have in years. Classes run 7 days a week if you're keen. I'm still in the 5 days a week club. Eventually I'll get to seven. Eventually... Be prepared to sweat and curse the invention of Cardio BUT the rewards for your persistence will (hopefully) be a better you. If not, that's your fault and from a legal standpoint I am absolved of all responsibility simply by you reading this. Good luck, Godspeed, and may the Force be with you always.
