The same front desk staff member turned me away twice from the Thursday 4:45 p.m. class, giving different late-entry cutoffs: five minutes the first time and ten minutes the next. I also texted ahead before my latest visit but received no reply even stuff said she saw it, so I still made the trip only to be denied entry. I understand having rules, but inconsistent explanations and a lack of communication made this a frustrating experience.

I’ve taken 5 classes so far from 4 different instructors and they are all fantastic. The cues, the modifications, the motivation from all of them is so strong. No doubt that I’m back and will be purchasing more passes. No matter what level you are, I promise you’ll feel at home at Barre3 in Frisco!
