While the store was fairly busy, he did not make me or my friend feel rushed. I highly recommend Warby Parker and have purchased multiple frames from them over the last 6 years. I purchased my first pair of frames during Covid and had to do so online and the process was painless and easy. Kudos to a great concept and stellar customer service!
