  Dr. Marilyn Townsend is amazing! I have a difficult eye prescription and she nailed it quickly. Other optometrists have struggled. The staff is professional and efficient. I highly recommend them.

  I started seeing Dr. Tang-Wing as a 10yr old getting my first pair of glasses. She helped me transition to contact lenses at 13… and so on. I’m muuuuch older now and I continue to drive from Katy to see her because she’s always given me excellent care. 6 years ago my annual check up became anything but “routine”. Dr. Tang-Wing noticed irregularities when checking pressure on my optic nerves. She repeated the tests that heightened her suspicions. At my relatively young age, the elevated eye pressure was indicative of early Glaucoma. She referred me immediately to Ophthalmology where extensive and advanced tests were performed that indeed confirmed Dr. Tang-Wing’s concerns. Because she was so thorough in that “routine” annual check up, my diagnosis was caught extremely early on that a preventative laser procedure was done in office, same day with the Ophthalmologist. She first improved my vision at age 10 and later protected my visions future. I am forever grateful for Dr. Tang-Wing and will see her next year… and the next… and the next…

  I have been buying eyeglasses from this store for years their eyeglasses are beautiful as well as the customer service is excellent. I have personally bought 13 pairs of eyeglasses from them.💜

  This optical shop has been unreasonably overcharging customers for many years. They collected payments from customers for services that should have been covered by insurance; however, to avoid the hassle of filing claims, they required customers to pay the full amount out of pocket. When customers requested that they file insurance claims—and even when the insurance company proactively contacted them with the same request—they flatly refused to cooperate. Furthermore, when customers asked for copies of their receipts or copies of their eye examination results, the staff repeatedly stalled and withheld the documents. When a customer discovered that they had been charged for unjustified fees on multiple occasions—and, worse yet, that the lenses provided had been manufactured with incorrect prescriptions—the shop owner became hostile, physically expelled the customer from the premises, and threatened to call the police. The owner is arrogant, rude, and refuses to issue any refunds. This establishment is a family-run business owned by a Vietnamese couple; they are malicious, greedy, and engage in deceptive practices against their customers. I urge everyone to avoid this shop—proceed with extreme caution!
