I was incorrectly told that I had until August. When I later returned to file an insurance claim to replace my damaged glasses, I was informed that my insurance had actually expired in June, so my claim was denied. Because I was given incorrect information by the staff, I lost the opportunity to use my insurance benefits and had to bear the financial cost of replacing my glasses myself. Had I been given the correct expiration date, I would have used my benefits before they expired. I had been a loyal customer of this location for years, but due to this negligent mistake and the financial loss it caused me, I will no longer be returning.
