I’ve been a customer at this store & pharmacy since the store was built (over 25 years). The pharmacy used to offer great service but those days are long gone. Now there is a constant change in personnel and they manage to find either people who don’t have a clue or are rude or both. They cannot answer questions about refills, policy, or anything else. I wrote comments on the company website but they haven’t cared enough to respond even though that was one of the prompts. I moved all my prescriptions to CVS, 3 times the distance, because they offer what H‑E‑B pharmacy won’t: good customer service.
