- ESElvira StevensonOct 5, 20261.0First I took a free class and the instructor didn’t know what I meant when I told her I had Diastasis Recti. That was the reason I wanted to take a Pilates class, it’s supposed to help with that. I told the instructor so she could modify for me what she thought I needed to not make it worse. But she wasn’t aware of the meaning of that which I was told that all instructors are supposed to be certified in that but I guess not. Then after my class I tried to get a private class with the girl at the front desk and they said they would call me back and never did. Went back and spoke to the manager and assured me she would have an instructor call me back to let me know what day she would be available and yet again no one returned my call. Very disappointing and unprofessional especially after speaking to the manager but I guess that’s what happens when the manager looks young, probably wasn’t trained correctly either.
- LSLisa SzuchSep 2, 20265.0My experience with Friendswood location, where I have been a customer for over four years has been amazing! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable about what they are doing, and the front desk staff is exceptionally caring. Additionally, they offer a great variety of class times that make it very convenient to attend. Give it a try!
- MKM KJul 11, 20265.0I love this location! Been going here for a few years and Kirstie is one of the reasons I kept coming back as I first got started. Management, front desk team, and instructors are all great. I love the fun events they do too! Can’t wait to see what the future holds for this studio.
