- AMArianna Rojo MendezMar 27, 20264.0Took the Y6 sculpt & flow class here last week through class plass. Parking was easy at this location being in a big shopping center. Jody Brown taught the class, and I thought she was very friendly and helpful. We used light dumb bells and other things to do different exercises so there was some light strength training as well as yoga which I liked. Overall, it was a good class so thank you.

However, I was able to do the entire restorative class without pain. It was a good opportunity to stretch and open up my body without feeling shamed by not being able to do all the moves or hold the poses long enough. The instructor was so kind, welcoming and respectful. Best hour of self-care I’ve done in a long time.
