I am so tired of American's Best's and Vision City's high pressure sales! I tried Warby Parker Westbend on a whim and boy was I shocked. I was in and out in 30 minutes. No pressure what-so-ever. Polite and friendly staff who actually care about your experience. No assembly line feel to the experience. I highly recommend Warby Parker WestBend!

Hardest part was deciding on new frames - lots of good choices. Associate was knowledgeable and quick. He helped with the insurance process, got the new ones ordered and adjusted my existing glasses. It was easy!

I went into Warby Parker and purchased a new set of glasses, new lenses for my own frames and contacts. They arrived and were completely messed up. I drove 45 minutes each way to the University Park Store and waited... and waited... and then gave up and decided to come back. I returned again and waited five people deep before giving up again. I called customer service from my car and explained. The new glasses I purchased came with a prescription that was so wildly inaccurate that I couldn't use them. At all. My own frames were returned with someone else's prescription in them. Obviously someone mixed up lenses somewhere in the lab. When I called customer service, they had No ORDER for the lenses--even though my PERSONAL FRAMES were returned in the same box with the New Glasses and with NEW lenses in them--so they would not refund me. And because I was outside the 30 day window, they would not fix my brand new glasses to make them wearable. A colossal waster of money and a major disaster of a store. Great idea; abysmal failure in execution. Save your money.

My experience was excellent, the WP team was widely knowledgeable and genuinely helped me addressing my concerns. I went there 3 times before I end up ordering my glasses and each time I left thinking wow what a great team was that, it feels refreshing good to find people with not just technical but also people skills at this level.

If I could do zero, I would. Went in and each associate was busy and understandably could not attend to us. We roamed around looking for frames and I realized two other families/couples joined after us. Right in front of me I witnessed each of them immediately get approached by an associate. I wasnt even offered a trey to place the glasses we were trying on. Which proves they dont keep up with cleanliness because we just placed them right back on the shelf! Very disappointing service. Even as we left not a peep was said. I was prepared to walk out having purchased three new pairs each with transition and mirror effects. Ill be going elsewhere due to their targeted exclusion.
