StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Waterside offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

My pain level for my knees, back, etc was so excruciating that I couldn't stand up for 5 minutes without sitting down. We did the 55 minute stretch and I am simply floating today!!! I wasn't exactly sure if that was the right move for me, but I'm completely convinced today. I have been extremely active today and I'm genuinely grateful to Leanza for getting me back on my feet. I'm excited to go back this week to keep me flexible, confident and healthy. This is the place to be for sure, 100%.
