I picked up my pain medication and there was a round white pill that didn't belong in the bottle with my pain medication. The pill has "PLIVA 434" I looked the pill up online it's "Trazadon" I don't know if this was done on purpose or by mistake, but I picked up the prescription on 02/10/21. CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS!!!! I can file a complaint, but I won't this time, I'm just documenting, keeping photos and records. Again I've never had problems at this pharmacy, but these days you can't really trust anyone so CHECK Your Medication if it looks different ask questions and look it up it's not hard

I took my old bottles and when I picked them up was told they had no refills, that they had to call the docter so it isn't a transfer. Then they said they have to see the ad. The same ad that they were giving out the day before that did not have a coupon. It was just an ad. How stupid is that.
