  It’s so wonderful to see educated people in GNC like Lance what an amazing person helped me make smart decisions very educational. Thank you so much Lance for being so kind and wonderful and thank you Jancy for hiring amazing people.

  I want to share my experience at GNC, which has been consistently disappointing due to one employee, Monica. Each time I visit, she is the person assisting me, and her behavior is consistently condescending and rude. It’s evident that she lacks proper customer service training. During my most recent visit, Monica blamed me for not “redeeming” my loyalty points, even though my points are automatically applied to my account and clearly visible. When I inquired about applying my points, she became visibly annoyed, creating an unnecessary ordeal and continuing to place the blame on me for not mentioning it sooner. She then requested my account details, only to claim that, because the location is a franchise, they cannot view customer points. This explanation made little sense, as I have been a loyal GNC customer and have shopped at various other locations without any issues regarding loyalty points. This repeated lack of courtesy and professionalism has left me with no intention of returning to this store again. Unfortunately, Monica seems to be the only associate I interact with at this location, which is disappointing given my otherwise positive experiences at other GNC stores.

  Presley (sorry if misspelled) was quite helpful and informative. They gave me an understanding of how certain supplements can work together and how I can improve. They were also friendly and quite the salesperson. This location is my new favorite.
