  Appointment was on time. No long wait. Happy with my results. I feel like my new Doctor care about my concerns and listens to my concerns. My goals were met and I continue to look forward to a better health.

  I had a great time and the nurses right up to the doctor are seasoned professionals. They made sure I was fine and they answered all my questions. I’ll go there again if I have to.

  I had a great experience at Foundation Family Practice for my immigration medical exam. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly and made the process smooth and organized. Dr. Oladotun Akinmurele was kind, respectful, and thorough during the exam. I also appreciated how transparent they were about the fees from the beginning, with no surprise charges. Their pricing was more affordable compared to other clinics I contacted, which really helped. At first I was hesitant to do my polio vaccine since that’s the only one I lack and surprisingly it was very cheap. Overall, the clinic felt welcoming and efficient, and I would highly recommend them for USCIS medical exams.

  The front office staff is very rude and disrespectful! She asked me for my information as normal, asked me for my address, asked if she wanted my DL, she says no. Then asks me to spell my address, so I hand her my DL bc what! Then asks me about a local pharmacy in which I told her I do not have one because I’m new to the area, sh in insisted I have one so as I’m searching for that then she’s asking for my insurance card, in which I asked when I set the appointment did they not send that over she says “you do know you have to have your insurance card because you have to prove it everywhere” she sat there rather to argue with me about how other doctors offices run their practice. Because when I go through Methodist Health Systems they do NOT care about seeing the physical insurance card as long as I have it. In which I had sent a copy before my appointment! She was pushy, inconsiderate and rude!

  Dr. Akinmurele has been my physician for approximately one year. I sincerely appreciate Foundation Family Practice, commencing with the exemplary, professional customer service from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment through the check-in process. Dr. Akinmurele demonstrates a high level of professionalism. I value that he respects my perspectives and adopts a holistic approach to care, avoiding premature medication prescriptions and recognizing that medication should be considered only as a last resort. Foundation Medical Clinic is the preferred facility for obtaining professional medical care, whether for routine health assessments or addressing health concerns.
