- CCC CAug 19, 20261.0They trap you into a 3 month commitment with no option to cancel and they don’t even tell you when you do the “free session.” A horrible way to do business. They don’t care if you are sick or lose your job And charge you for sessions you never DID! I already paid for my 8 sessions and now they are saying I owe $400! Insane…. I have not gone after my sessions I paid for so why I am being charged is beyond me!

For the third time in two months, I showed up to a class only to be locked out with no instructors there. This is not only frustrating as it ruins the whole flow of the day you had planned out, but I also drive over 30 mins one way to each class. Thinking I would receive a true apology from the staff, I only receive “you will not be credited a no show fee.” Well, obviously not? There is no understanding from them that this ruins an entire day. I love the classes and instructors (when the classes happen) and only hope their management can learn a level of professionalism from this.
