  I was deathly ill for 10 days, I went through my prescription (Alprazolam) much faster than usual (literally the first time I've ever done this) in order to find relief and get some sleep during my sickness. I explained this to my doctor, he called in my prescription in early. I called to get it filled early and the woman told me that I had to have my doctor call and state that it was an early refill. I did and my doctor told them it was ok to refill them early. They refused to fill it, manager was definitely on a power trip. Would not recommend to anyone, horrible service.

  I actually would like to rate zero stars for Worst pharamacy in Forney. If you have a narcotic don’t send the prescription there because you will not get it. Twice this year I’ve had surgery both times my pain medication prescription was conveniently never received. 2 different doctors offices both called and verified the prescriptions were sent. The pharmacy absolutely will do nothing to help a patient that just had surgery figure out the situation. It seems very strange to me that this has happened twice.

  Very polite and helpful. People tend to forget that these employees are dealing with alot of sick people. Be polite to them, they deserve it. It's the only pharmacy that's been so helpful in 12 years since I recently moved here. I always get a smile.

  I had very bad experience from this pharmacy. I usually goes to CVS pharmacy last 20 years from different states. This is my first time I transfer my Prescription to Kroger pharmacy. People are rude. I didn’t get my prescription on time. Still out of order my one medication. Never go back again.
