I especially appreciated how accommodating she was regarding my recent knee replacement. She was very attentive to my limitations and adjusted everything to make sure I felt safe while still getting the most out of the session. Her professionalism and care really stood out. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a supportive and knowledgeable stretch therapist!

I highly recommend both of them. I have noticed an increase in flexibility since starting. As we age, flexibility is important to maintain. I started going there because I’m a runner, and my hip flexors were tight. I love going and getting them worked on.
