I was disappointed with my experience at Stretch Zone in Flower Mound. They advertise a free 30-minute stretch/consultation, which is supposed to give potential customers an opportunity to actually experience the service before deciding whether they want to sign up.
The associate I spoke with, Alexis, came across as rude and unwelcoming, which made the experience even more frustrating. If Stretch Zone is advertising a free introductory stretch, then people should be able to receive that consultation without feeling pressured or treated like they are inconveniencing the staff. I was told less than an hour before my appointment that since I wasn’t keen to buying a membership and they would expect that after the service I would have to choose a membership, that it would be $95 dollars for a 30 minute stretch. The owners Danny and Cameron Leverett should be made aware of this or they train their staff to bait and switch as well.
How are people supposed to know whether they like the stretching service or whether a membership is worth paying for if they are not given the advertised free consultation first? The entire purpose of an introductory session should be to let someone experience the service, ask questions, and decide whether it is a good fit.
Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative first impression and made me much less interested in ever getting a membership. I highly advise against unless you’re planning to get your stretch then get hustled to get a membership right away.
My son plays competitive sports and has always spoke very highly of the staff and skills at Stretch Zone. Specially Savanah, she has been super professional and knows her stuff. Recommend it to anyone looking for good stretching.
Service was fantastic, thanks to Raven and Paola!
