  I waited 5 days for my X ray results for a potentially broken foot and still no results. Xrays shouldn't take more than 48 hours. Especially if I need to return to the office with a potentially fractured foot or messed up ligaments. Not friendly either.

  This place is so terrible and negligent. My boyfriend has been in an ankle brace for the past week. We got referred here by our doctor. His appointment was early, 8AM last Thursday. This was his second x-ray (the first at a CareNow the day after his accident), post swelling to see if anything was torn or broken. The x-ray technician ensured us that we would get results same day or latest next day since we came so early. The whole weekend passed and we heard nothing, and our primary doctor heard nothing. Today is Monday and they told our doctor that the results are not ready yet. We don’t know how severe the damage is and what we can do because of this clinic’s negligence and laziness. This is so ridiculous. We are waiting for an explanation and after I am going to see if I can report this to the board. Mind you, we got our results immediately at CareNow and they were also the sweetest. Nearby as well, in Lewisville! They even provided a really nice ankle brace and it’s been helping while he sleeps or crutches around. Anyways this place was so disappointing. If you are injured and want to be forgotten and be left to worsen your injury, I would definitely come here. Insanity. I am just really worried his injury worsened and the outcome will be tougher and more expensive. He is scared of having to get surgery and missing work.

  Staff here is just amazing friendly explained the process since this was first experience, I felt comfortable and enjoyed the music during my scan.
