  Can’t ever make an appointment they NEVER ANSWER. Should be shut down. The WORST people EVER. Writing this in 2026 this place SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

  I went to this facility for an MRI in January. My insurance paid the bill in full five days later. However, they proceeded to bill my credit card $63.35 for six months. I called repeatedly to ask why and was told it was a mistake. I have now stopped these payments through my credit card. I tried to get through to the office and was sent to their billing. Nothing has worked. This experience is beyond frustrating. Today i was told that they have a new system and that they have no access to prior transactions. He also said that they have delays in posting information. The office staff were nice when I had the test but I would not go there again given this situation.

  Update - it has been another month since my last inquiry and still no refunds. I am going to file complaints. My experience at this location was fine, but the company's billing practices are not. I have been to this location three times in the past year. I found my payment receipts recently and compared them to my insurance - found I over paid for all. The oldest service/payment was made in May 2025. The other two services were 6 mos ago and 2 months ago. Each time I was asked to pay amounts up front of between 40 and 120 dollars. The insurance processed the claim close to the time of service, but the company never sent me refunds for the over payments. The company should be automatically sending overpayment refunds. Be sure to check your bills and eobs.

  Had an appointment for MRI which was approved by letter from insurance. Was told at the desk of a $1200 charge. Presented the letter to the manager/office worker so they could verify this. After a brief wait, we were called upon for the procedure. After my partner was in the machine, the office person came back to tell us they would still need $1200 immediately. We quit and found another MRI clinic a few days later in Keller which charged us $94.33. This begs the question: Is there double billing involved? Massive discrepancy if you ask me
