  I had a great experience. I spoke with Courtney and Aspen throughout the whole process, and they were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They made everything easy and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated how kind and attentive they were. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing diagnostic imaging!

  I came here for an MRI and the young lady at the front, Elaina, was so sweet. she helped getting checked in with all the paperwork and made sure my insurance and next appointment was booked and checked. When any issue came up she handled it quickly so I didn't have to worry about a thing, highly recommend!! Great experience here.

  I had an MRI done here. The lobby was full of people but I only had to wait maybe five minutes tops, actually before my scheduled appointment. The technician was super nice, telling me step by step what was going to happen and he occasionally checked on me. The procedure took almost 50 minutes. He was super kind and wished me luck. Not a procedure I ever want done again but he took great care of me.

  When I called to set up my appointment I gave them my insurance. They told me I had to pay $300 upfront before my service. I paid the $300. When I got my explanation of benefits from my insurance I only owed $71.22. They owe me $228.28. I have called at least a dozen times, so many I stopped tracking my calls. Still no recovery of money due back to me. This has been going on for 5 months now. They don't allow you access to billing. A person working from home takes the information and the emails their back office team. And we all wait for a reply that never comes. They are acting like crooks. No business from me ever again. Posting update. Within an hour or so of this posting I received a call from a lady from the corporate office of North Star Imaging. She immediately resolved the issue and refunded the money due me. I am raising my rating to a 4 star. All the service from the North Star Imaging location has been very good. I go there annually and have always had good service and care.
