  I need help. Im looking for a neurologist to help me with a host of unspecified systemic conditions that appear rheumatological/neurological in nature based of testing following having Menigtis in 2021/2022, which went misdiagnosed for many months before receiving treatment. The cause of mengitis. Unspecified. Also caused pneumonia and lung issues and a host of McTD that are affecting my brain and spine daily. I had a complicated Lp do to Spinal Curvatures and have not been the same ever since. I'm young. Only 25 when this started now 30 and I have hopes and dreams of becoming healthy enough to return back to work. All my conditions are unspecified. Nobody can or wants to put the pieces together. I'm exhausted and trying one last time before I give up on life that I deserve. I need someone willing to dig. I'm not going to be easy and I'm sorry for that. I need someone that won't quit. That wasn't the challenge. This clinic seems to be a place that can fit this criteria. I have a host of chronic inflammatory markers, rheumatological findings, and the complicated Lp, Menigtis, Nuclear speckled AnA that would point to disease digression to brain/spinal cord and I just need someone like you. Please. Please

  I could easily write a book on how amazing Dr. Castro has been to my daughter and our family… In January of 2022, we unexpectedly had an appointment to meet Dr. Castro at Dallas Children’s at the Neurology clinic. We had found out a day prior to meeting her that our daughter was diagnosed with a rare, life-threatening, genetic neuromuscular disease. We came to her in shock, terrified, hopeless, and just overall afraid as we were first time parents. As soon as she walked into the room, she began to reassure and comfort us. We had a very long visit with her as she drew pictures, diagrams, etc., describing our daughter’s disease and what treatments were available. She made sure we left her office with hope in our hearts, and her confidence made us feel so much better about our situation, although it wasn’t ideal. To this day, we madly respect Dr. Castro as she is truly special to us. We trust every word and recommendation she has for our daughter. She is knowledgeable about her work and has the best personable personality. She genuinely loves her patients, and I believe that without a doubt. She will fight tooth and nail for your child! She now has her own private practice, and she has the best staff! They all are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her and her office in every way!
